这是好东西，看着标题我很心动啊
昨天晚上联系了乐乐，到第二天看了一遍，共花了三个多小时。 让人耳目一新，特别是定语从句的部分，讲解得非常棒，让我从此不再害怕长句。 :lol
刚刚花了点时间改写了几段文字，贴出来给乐乐看看，有没有错的地方。

所参考的两个段落：1. Practice releasing regrets.When a relationship ends, it’s tempting to dwell on what you did wrong or what you could have done differently. This might seem productive—like you can somehow change things by rehashing it. You can’t.All dwelling does is cause you to suffer. When you start revisiting the past in your head, pull yourself into the moment. Focus on the good things in your current situation: the friends who are there for you and the lessons you’ve learned that will help you with future relationships.It might help to tell your friends to only let you vent for 10 minutes at a time. That way you’re free to express your feelings, but not drown in them.2. Work on forgiving yourself.
You might think you made the biggest mistake of your life, and if only you didn’t do it you wouldn’t be in pain right now. Don’t go down that road—there’s nothing good down there!Instead, keep reminding yourself that you are human. You’re entitled to make mistakes; everyone does. And you will learn from them and use those lessons to improve your life.Also, keep in mind: if you want to feel love again in the future, the first step is to prepare yourself to give and receive it. You can only do that if you feel love toward yourself; and that means forgiving yourself.下面是我自己改写的，与其说改写，不如说是想到哪写到哪，根据大概意思随意发挥。
1. Try to release regrets
When your relationship ends up, you may always feel regret, and can't stop revisiting the romantic past with your loved partner. When it comes to breaking up, it's always hard to get out of this kind of situation, though, you must pull yourself back to reality that you have lost your companion. Keep positive and focus on good things that help you move forward. Try to hang out with your friends and talk to them, which is helpful to release your regrets.
2. Forgive yourself
In most cases, there is no wrong side especially when you separated with your lover. Don't blame yourself, because it brings you nothing but endless pain.
We are just human beings, we're meant to make mistakes especially when we are young. However, we are learning from our mistakes. Keep learning and moving on after we made mistakes. Keep in mind: Before you move on and hope to feel love again, forgive yourself first!
