更新： Decisive 正在退款，有账号的可以这样联系

有些资金在里面，但是不能创建新 campaign ，没违规。

发邮件没人回复（半个月了）；twitter 等社交媒体上联系，也未果。

有用这个的伙伴吗？

2016年01月15日更新：

1.联系了 decisive 给的官方邮箱和AM邮箱，没人回复。在他们的官方 Twitter 上终于联系上，对方表示：
we no longer are taking advertising campaigns. Someone will contact you by the end of the day.

2.终于有人通过邮件联系我了。邮件里面表示：
We were able to locate your account. You will receive your refund within the next 10 business days.
We're currently working through refunds of customers on the platform.

联系人的邮箱地址是： [email protected]
如果还有金额在账户里面的，可以联系这个人。

从其他论坛看，有同样情况：
Yes I am experiencing same problem and have been trying to get in touch with support for 2 weeks now.

I have requested a refund a few days ago but still haven't heard from them....guyver888, Nov 26, 2015

They don't have any traffic at the moment and couldn't provide a deadline on when it will be back. However the support still contacted me back within 24 hours.
