STM202中生成的链接打不开

打开生成的链接后出现：

网上搜索了一下解决办法说是要安装Memcached 但安装以后还是出现这个提示，这是什么原因？

老大我这个已经安装成功了啊
我是这样装的：
apt-get install memcached
apt-get install php5-memcached php5-memcache
