新手求问：AFF名词解释

刚刚入门，经常看到一些AFF文提到 Tier 2 / 3、 GEOs 两个词，一直没太明白什么意思，老手给解释解释吧，谢了!!

Tier 2 / 3 是国家分级的意思，根据我的了解，没有统一的标准，很多平台分的不一样。
