Hi , I wanna share a quick story about oneof my friends who’s trying to get started in affiliate marketing. 7 y i2 m& g) h, h6 q. P

He has been reading my blog for a few months now and is ready to launch hisfirst campaign. , W M% ^# T+ Y1 G, d% f

His budget is pretty good actually - $1000 each month (what a baller, that’stwice as much as I had when I first started).

" j; q1 Z% \' v5 m0 xI'm pretty sure you can relate. For his first campaign, he wants to runa beauty offer that pays about $50 a sale. It’s interesting to watch histhought process on choosing what to run.

Do you agree with this logic?

He mentioned he wants to run the most popular offers because they’re proven. He’s forgetting that those campaigns may be too advanced forhis level. Keep in mind he has never launched a campaign before!

Yes, there are some campaigns that are too advanced fornewbies to run. The guys could be making the most revenue because they haveaccess to tools, traffic sources, and the manpower that he doesn’t. 2. The offer payout doesn’t matter asmuch as he thinks. . W- v- y- ~1 F+ {0 f B0 J

I can’t stress this enough. You probably think the more an offer pays, thebetter right? 3 P% z. T) O6 y: I

Hint: How great is a $55 payout if you get scrubbed15% of your conversions?. I couldn’t care less about the payout. Me team and Ijust split-test the offers, and let the numbers speak for themselves.
