我想转很多reddit,tumblr上的帖到自己站,如注明出处是否就可？

我听了用于盈利网站的话必须要明确的授权，是不是这样？那大家一般怎么规避这种事呢？
! h- G& a" `: s  U. t" G( _9 t比如这个reddit帖子，我可以google到其它很多有这个内容的网页，而且比较乱，很多人没注明从哪里贴过来的，那我随便挑一个网页，注明我是从那里转载来的，这样可不可以呢？（避开reddit,tumblr，如果reddit,tumblr不好惹的话） {:soso_e100:}

You can not take someone else's content and use it without their permission. The only exception to this is "fair use" and that is a very specific standard... for example, if you quote an excerpt from their content (only part of it) so that you can provide your own commentary about the content, that is considered fair use. But you can not just take the content and use it on your own site unless you have their explicit permission. That is a copyright violation.”
