这两天玩BC，看论坛有朋友说，BC可以开通IP和Site的target，于是尝试给他们发了个ticket，结果没有那么容易开通，还是需要条件的，具体他们回复的内容如下：7 m/ X. L+ s3 A' x

For the IP Targeting, this feature requires special approval, can you please reply to me: " I3 b2 K' j2 B# l# u/ K3 ca) What is the reason you wish to enable IP targeting feature? 0 Z7 T/ S# ~' N% ^9 B* ib) What is your budget for the whole campaign?/ s$ x3 U+ N+ M4 ]1 n
c) Do you have the Telco and IP list?, r+ U2 Q6 I- D
