King Mobi Cheetah/Kingsoft Mobile (clean Master) decides to not pay us the rates they agreed to.So we lost money., . here is the reasoning:Talk about BULLSHIT Hi All, Sorry for the delay. As I stated in the Skype with Kevin several times(I also sent an email about this before), the payout raise and credit return only could happen when you bring traffic and profit to our other offers, the one not developed by us. It was our policy back then.

It was the price for our top publishers who brought profit by promoting our offers besides Clean Master, since giving out this certain price of Clean Master could cause us losses. In addition, our finance has already close settlement for last season. Therefore, it is very unlikely for us to pay the "addional fee" as there shouldn't be any at the first place.
