这样优化mobile流量?

今天收到 redirect.com 发来的信。。他们的可以接受任何mobile 流量，下面是他们的 测试结果:

有些offer适合这种流量吧，但是非常非常的少

看了价格，有的特别贵有的地区又特别便宜。这种流量做品牌客户蛮好。。品牌这样的价格不贵。通过聚合或者卖尾量的方式卖给流量平台再卖出去可以。。。品牌的客户可以找代理公司去拿一般。。但是代理公司不太会放品牌的offer给aff做。。。。（  总结就是：  废话。。说了等于没说。。。）

有没有这个可能，购买便宜的流量redirect到这个平台，赚取差价？ 比如buzzcity usa 0.02,这个平台可以生成25$收益，那么就有大约5刀差价？？

. w/ E  q! ]' n* R* y% y难道非得是parking traffic? banner traffic过来行不行？
