Thank you for wanting to be part of the VPS.net community! Due to the internet being the wild west for credit card fraud we check each order very carefully. In your case we need to ask for some extra proof of identity. Please don’t take offense we are just making sure that our system is used by people who really enjoy the flexibility the cloud can offer.
Please can we ask for 1 (one) of the following:-
* A copy of some government issued e.g. passport, driving license, ID card.
* A scan of the front and back of your credit card with all the numbers apart from the last 4 blocked out. Also please block out your CVV2 number.
