Following our public announcement on 7/24/2023 about retiring retail accounts, we are reaching out to notify you that your Paxos account will be disabled on October 30, 2023.
Please withdraw any remaining account balances and download a copy of your account activity for your records before October 30, 2023. Please note there will be longer response times following account closures.
You will be able to withdraw your cryptocurrency and transfer it to a self-custody wallet or cryptocurrency account on another exchange of your preference. If you have a USD balance in your account, please withdraw dollars to your linked bank account. Paxos will continue to service your account as usual until October 30, 2023.
Beginning on October 30, 2023, your account will be disabled and there will be longer processing times to withdraw any remaining funds.
