注册域名失败，什么情况？

今天看到一个不错的域名，检查没有注册，然后在name.com注册。付款后。显示注册失败。登录paypal看到付款已经被退回。这是什么情况？已经发邮件给name.com 有遇到我这种情况的吗？

已经回复邮件。注册UK域名，必须把地址放到下面的地方才可以注册。

去UK2.net注册试试，国内地址亦可。
