网上一查，也有不少人收到的。看他家的便宜才买的，河马老大的零售入金要求低点就好了，折腾半天得不偿失呀。遇到网上这种合法bullshit的真是倒霉。

这个不是很正常的要求吗，提供paypal支付者的相关信息进行验证，如果我没搞错的话你申请账号用的信息和paypal的不一致是吧。

是啊，一手交钱一手交货，真金白银出去，如果还要查户口，事情就复杂化了。另外感觉如果paypal平台自身不能保证交易的正当性，还要交易方私下搞额外动作，使用paypal的成本就增加不少了。
其实主要是贪便宜吃亏了。另外一个cn接口需要预存600rmb没去搞。

paypal还算安全的了，在国外消费很多只支持信用卡的还必须要护照+卡的正反面全部信息，这个更郁闷！
