payoneer提款到国内有限制？

之前提款到建行好好的，这次就不行了，要求添加新银行账号才行，难道以为我在洗钱，钱也不多啊，求大神解答。

不过，近期通过答疑发现，貌似是受到国内政策的介入，一些过往有可能非法的入账的Payoneer账号，在“从P卡网银转款到国内的银行卡提现”这个环节，会需要重新的审核。
