Today we are very proud to announce that SiteScout has been acquired by Centro, an ad technology company based out of Chicago. The past three years have been an incredible ride that leave me with a warm feeling of nostalgia when I think about our humble beginnings. At the same time, I am also extremely excited to be closing this chapter of the story and beginning our next adventure with Centro.! m6 L. l) H, h

Centro will bring all of its size, strength and scale to bear on behalf of SiteScout. Its sales team, client relationships and marketing strength will help SiteScout scale much faster. But ultimately, we want to go for the bigger play in the industry — to be the first company that creates one platform for media buyers across all media, including all guaranteed and biddable inventory. SiteScout fits perfectly into Centro’s vision of providing a unified, self-serve platform for guaranteed and biddable inventory across all media channels for branding and performance campaigns. - s& ] w) l/ b6 v: s0 l

You’re probably wondering what this means for the future. In the short term, there won’t be any significant change or impact. In fact, Centro is very adamant that we continue to do business as usual. Over time, however, you can expect to have a MUCH broader product and service offering available, especially as we accelerate product development., a9 M; N2 I- z) A

It’s very important to understand that our commitment to you, the advertiser, will not change. In fact, it will only be strengthened by this deal. Centro is investing in our core business, allowing us to continue to build the tools and technology that marketers and agencies have come to love. 8 h, J; H' b5 F' T/ C

Centro’s acquisition of SiteScout benefits the entire industry for a number of reasons: . l8 g. @1 i* |2 N

1. Technology — Our mission has always been about empowering marketers of all sizes with a self-serve platform. Unlike most DSPs with large sales and service teams, SiteScout is first and foremost a technology company. That’s always been our focus. And we love that Centro shares the same vision of the future.1 t' @$ I/ {* B: r: Z; T1 i

2. Resources — We are very excited about the size and scale that Centro brings to the table. We now get the benefit of a 370 person sales and support team across 33 cities in the US, which perfectly complements our existing offering. This means that overnight, we become one of the largest DSPs out there.* r r/ {$ s& G% J/ J( {1 F, o

3. Vision — We believe in Centro’s mission to be the first to deliver a single, unified platform for all forms of digital advertising. This means buying media across all guaranteed and biddable inventory, on all channels, for any campaign objective. Together with Centro, we are one step closer to helping the industry realize the true promise of programmatic ad buying./ M1 o" p: C7 c* d" b! l6 X8 ~- ^
