Notice to all partners.      The directors of the Company, having regard to its financial position, have decided to place the company into Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation. 刚给他们写了个email，给我的回信

We have been instructed by Mobilewebadz Limited (trading as Reporo / Mobads) to commence the process of placing the company into voluntary liquidation. The Company is not in a position to repay any sums which may be owed to you, therefore please see attached a proof of debt form to allow you to lodge a claim in the forthcoming Liquidation and a proxy form should you wish to vote/attend at the upcoming meeting.

就是处理退款的事，Creditors债主填个表还要参加一个会议，然后索赔，由BM Advisory这个公司来处理

Reporo是不是运营有问题？好像去年还收购了另一家非大人流量平台，合并在自己平台，这次倒闭估计也黄了
