Is there a SPY tool can spy any type Ads

Such as :PPV+Display
            or Social+Dispaly
   Of course the more the better: PPV+Social+Dispaly+Mobile
Now i only see the Single type spy,such as boxofads,whatrunswhere,SocialAdNinja .. and the price not cheap,is there any spy tool can spy more type ads,i think it's worth for try & order.

我只用过PPV的，效果真是非常一般，除了新人上去看看别人怎么run,别的没什么价值
