对于POPADS的疑问

各位大神，我是个新手，之前只玩过adwords，一分钱没赚，号被封了。
想尝试一下POPADS，先冲了10刀试试。但是有个疑问，popads只让填写链接？没有广告语，关键词什么的？
如果只有一个链接的话，它是以怎样的形式展示广告呢？下图是我的截图。

另外，我填的是CJ的推广链接，popads可以推广CJ的链接吗？

2. 能不能推要看cj上的offer允不允许，有的offer不允许弹窗流量就不行的。

多谢各位大佬，弹窗的意思是，不用客户点击，直接就把我的链接的页面弹出来？要是亚马逊能让跑这个就好了

昨天冲了10美元试了一下，直接搞了3000+点击。没有展示直接都是点击，可能会被封号。。。

有个offer的规则找出这么一句，应该是不让用弹窗广告。
Any pop-up or pop-under cookie stuffing that are used to force the cookie onto the user’s browser are entirely unacceptable and will get your account suspended.

还有这个，使用技术手段，而用户实际没有点击的不行。弹窗应该属于这类。
