貌似cake系统这个s1必须留空的，你得加个s2，后面跟subid。

Sub ID Instructions

Please pass your subaffiliate ids in &s1=. If you are using unique Click ID's each time someone clicks on the link, please use another subid field (s2-s5) as instructed by your Account Manager. If you are using HitPath specifically, you can send unique subids and affiliate subids using the following method: &s1=xxagentidxx&s2=jjhitjj (For DT us &s1=%LINK&s2=%SUBID1).
