今天看到一个联盟里 推广offer的要求:No Cash Incent Promotion Methods

Gateway Incent Promotion Methods
这里说不能用钱去激励推广。 可以用 点数 跟 gateway 去激励推广。
gateway推广是啥意思？
点数推广也是很奇怪，看到一些网站推广这些任务，虽然是给的点数，但是这些点数最后也能换成余额cash 支付，那跟cash支付不差不多一样嘛。
