请问你们Leadimpact的钱都退回来了吗？

说是4月底全部退还，但是现在还没有，怎么办？
发邮件，都是自动回复的官方答复。
这个钱要不回来了吗？
求大牛帮助。

Your account has been inactive for approximately 150 days. There are still unused funds remaining in your balance. As stated in section 19 of our Terms and Conditions, the funds in accounts with no ad activity for 180 days or more are subject to forfeit. Once your funds have been deducted from your account, they are no longer refundable.
