刚用gmail邮箱帐号登陆adsense

申请了adsense一周没回应批还是不批，刚才用申请时用的gmail邮箱帐号登陆adsense，有pud号和客户ID号，但其它的如发布广告什么的都是不可用状态。个人资料里基本是空的，没有申请时填的资料。

是每个gmail帐号里都有这些信息吧？不管有没申请adsense.
