There was an issue with our upstream provider and their system. We have been working with them to identify and correct the issue. We have been informed the problem has been resolved and we are running checks right now to verify that is the case.

这是说他们收到上家通知说问题解决了，具体的他们自己正在测试
看来还是需要时间.
