Job descriptionWe are looking for a Publisher Development Manager who is extremely enthusiastic about mobile advertising, and keen on learning new technologies in this ever changing industry. The ideal person should be very outgoing and with a high level of energy and drive, and will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of affiliate relationships in China while strengthening internal work relationships.
Key responsibilities:
[*]Development and growth of own publisher portfolio: grow and manage accounts while promoting up and cross selling in Chinese market
[*]Drive revenue growth for the portfolio of publishers operating within a variety of promotion methods (display, search, email, incent, social media, mobile, and video)
[*]Work with the Network Operations team to resolve any issues related to publisher accounts
[*]Keep up-to-date with the changing mobile advertising at all times, and use this knowledge to help grow publisher accounts
[*]Work with advertiser teams to ensure complete delivery of campaigns, while meeting advertiser KPIs
Desired Skills and Experience
[*]1 year of online performance/affiliate marketing experience
[*]Strong Analytical skills
[*]Fluency in English and Chinese
[*]Strong drive to achieve success and deliver bottom-line results
[*]Effective collaboration skills and desire to operate on a compelling team
[*]Strong analytical capabilities with proactive strategic communication skills.
[*]Enthusiastic positive attitude, disciplined and detailed-oriented
[*]Proficient in MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
