buzzcity未事先通知直接扣除个人未使用完的美刀是否合理？

个人2014年4月充值buzzcity一共50刀准备跑MOBILE,，之后发现消耗10刀还没有一个转化后就停掉了，刚刚收到邮件，将我充值剩余的40刀作为过期自动扣除了，这样是否合理？

Payments are required to be made through online transactions or bank transfers before the campaigns are started. BuzzCity may grant credit facilities at its sole discretion. By accepting this agreement, the Advertiser shall be bound by a “No Cancellation, No Refund” policy regardless of campaign releases. Any ads balance will expire after 180 days if not fully utilized.

赞同！至少buzzcity有义务要事先发邮件通知一下啊，说已经快到180天了，要尽快使用掉！这完全成了坑人，不通知直接把充值的款“黑”掉。

至今没有找到refund的方法，事先也不知道提醒，更不知道有此条款，不知道哪位大牛能否告知一下方法？

定睛一看前面还有一句
By accepting this agreement, the Advertiser shall be bound by a “No Cancellation, No Refund” policy regardless of campaign releases.
还好损失不大，看来以后多注意阅读条款。
