还是亚马逊税表的问题，要扣钱了吗？
看下图，有段话。It is not necessary to have a tax identification number (TIN) in order to determine if you are a U.S. or non-U.S. person for U.S. income tax purposes. However, any reduction of the 30% statutory withholding tax rate applicable to your U.S. source payments will not apply until you can provide a TIN.
我译了一下，不知是否正确
从税收目的出发，为了鉴别你是一个美国人或不是美国人，不必有一个纳税识别号。然而，30%的法定税率将加在你的来自美国的收入上，至到你提供一个纳税识别号才能中止。
填完这个表，就要收税了吗？怎么办呢？以前好像有人收到过这个表，帮下忙。谢谢！
