hostpapa主机付费完成后帐号密码在哪

本人近期买了个hostpapa的主机,但是付费时只要求添了姓名,邮件箱。问题来了,他们的主机确认邮件里也没有cp信息。有谁注册过没,网上都是讲如何注册,没有讲后续!

glass icon to view your bill.

Alternatively, you can download a PDF version of your bill
by clicking on the download icon.

How to update your credit card information:

1. Log in to your HostPapa dashboard:
https://www.hostpapa.com/dashboard

2. Click on “My Billing”.

3. Click on the “Payment Methods” tab.

4. Click “Edit” for the credit card you wish to update.

5. Update any necessary fields.

6. Click “Save”.

How to pay your invoice:

1. From the “Invoices” tab under “My Billing”, locate the bill
you wish to pay.

2. Under the “View/PDF/Pay” column, click the invoice icon
on the right.

3. To pay the invoice in full, check the “Pay Invoice in Full”
box.

4. Select your payment type.

a. If you are paying by credit card, select the card with
which you would like to make payment.

5. If you are not paying in full, enter the amount you wish to
pay.

6. Click “Charge Now”.

Please note: We do not accept cheques as a form of
payment.

会有好几封邮件,在其中一封欢迎邮件里,看看是不是在垃圾桶。如果没欢迎邮件,联系重发。

没有的,到是都没有进入垃圾箱。 有个PDF ,但是个账单 没有账号密码信息。 我现在回复过去说要我的帐号名称和重置帐号密码的连接,如果还是不给我发我来我只能是换主机了。:@
