上个月买了一个新的hostgator空间，现在想把旧空间网站全部转移到新空间。昨天我用HG的网站转移功能，结果只转了帐号域名的站。于是我写信给客服，要求帮我转移旧空间上全部的网站到新空间，于是就收到了这封信。信中的意思是对方应该是已经明白我的要求吧，我怎么看不懂是他能帮我转移还是不能转？ 要我继续回信给他。 请问godaddy的支持转移吗 这个人说的是啥？
我看了半天没有看懂。。。你的两个空间在一个 服务器上？ Hostgator是以域名为帐号吧?
不帮你转，因为觉得不需要用到网站转移功能。
应该是不了解你想怎么转。

新旧两个帐号，应该是不在同一服务器上。客服说了那么多，我不知道他什么意思，就继续写信去问，最好回信说要转可以，但是要我给他一个理由。我就说旧帐号到期，所以要把所有的站转到新帐号的空间去，就通过了。现在已经帮我转移好了。 Askdelphi 发表于 2013-10-16 01:50 static/image/common/back.gif
