域名收到了 UDRP Dispute，有人指导一下吗？
Dynadot 的一个域名收到了 UDRP Dispute，这个域名包含某大人产品的全名。平常经常会收到 DMCA，但是网站放在卢森堡，一直都没管。
有大佬知道我下一步要怎么办吗？是不是要换个域名？
如果不值得和他扯皮，就换个域名 虽然不太懂他这样可以把你的域名怎么样。但是他既然来找，肯定这个域名对他有用 。如果可以，要么卖给他，要么你自己做个站卖这个产品。 然后你的网站就放在那种防封服务器上就行 河小马 发表于 2022-9-19 15:53

国庆前收到了瑞士发来的 DHL 快件，没想到还这么正式。
我看好像是如果我选择3个裁判的话，我也要承担 2000 刀的费用。
请教河马，我不准备要这个域名了，是不是回复他们，我放弃这个域名就行了。
下面是邮件收到的内容：
Dear Sir or Madam,
This is to notify you that an administrative proceeding has been commenced against the Respondent (named in the attached Complaint) pursuant to the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP). Accordingly, please find attached:
1. the Notification of Complaint and Commencement of Administrative Proceeding;
2. the Complaint and the amendment to the Complaint.
Copies of annexes to the Complaint available in electronic form will, due to file size, be sent to you by separate email.
Subject to the availability of postal services, Written Notice of the Commencement of Administrative Proceeding has also been sent by courier, as indicated in the enclosed Notification.
Please refer to the attached Notification document regarding your rights and obligations. As explained therein, the due date for submission of your Response is October 16, 2022.
The Registrar, Dynadot, LLC, is copied to this Notification and is requested to forward this Notification to the domain name registrant.
Should the Parties wish to settle this dispute (in which case USD 1,000 will be refunded to the Complainant), a copy of WIPO's Standard Settlement Form is attached. The form is not intended to be an agreement itself, but only summarizes the outcome of the parties' settlement talks.

如果值得打官司就找你本地的律师就可以了
如果不值得打官司放弃就好了
